I am writing this with a huge disappointment regarding your service I have recently encountered. I received an airtime from RMCS which I did not request in the first place and I only noticed this when my BIS was deactivated and when I called Vodacom they gave me your call centre number, I called it and explained my problem and they told me that they would call me back within 24 hours and this was a week ago and I did not receive even a single call. I also saw on the internet that there have been people with similar problems to mine so this is how you guys treat your customers and is ridiculously unacceptable. I am even considering closing my account with Jet, I am so fed up with the poor service I received from Jet/RMCS. I request that you solve this matter immediately because my life is put on hold because of this. This is the reference number I received 1111130010/GO. Sort this out or I would go the legal route.
