THE UNFAIR TREATING WITH REGARDS TO THE FAIR USAGE POLICY WITH THE CELLC NETWORK, FIRST MTN STARTED IT NOW CELLC HAS! WHY SHOULD WE BE BILLED EXTRA WHEN OUR DATA GETS DEPLETED AFTER WE RECHARGE WITH AIRTIME. CELLC HAS NO RIGHT TO TAKE AWAY OUR DATA BECAUSE WE HAVE RECHARGED FROM OUR OWN MONEY! PLUS ONCE THE DATA IS USED UP OUR BIS GETS SUSPENDED! THAT IS JUST, THEN WHAT IS THE POINT IN PAYING THE R57 A MONTH FOR BIS WHEN IT GETS SUSPENDED AFTER THE DATA IS FINISHED!!!? THEY CALL THIS FAIR USAGE. THIS IS RUBBISH.!! FROM: A HIGHLY CUSTOMER.
