I have a Nashua Mobile contract and gave my phone in on the 22/10. On the 1/11 i got a message to say my device was couried and i will receive it within 2 days.on the 6/11 i received another sms to say the sms on the was an error. I then contacted the call centre and spoke to "J" he then advised that he would get back to me.
/n the i contacted the call centre again and spoke to Bongeka she then advised that she will tell "J" to contact me. Friday i contacted the call centre again as i didn not receive any response and i then e-mailed customer service i then eventually got a call from Bongeka advising that the technical department is awaiting handsets? What handsets are they waiting for? refurbished handsets?
Please advise on the status... yes i know that when you take your phone in they advise that you will get it back in 30 days... which is ridiculous!!!
