NASHUA MOBILE SERVICE!!!

I upgraded early Oct. The consultant, Shelley, did not give me all the information and therefore I am billed for 2 handsets. When going back Shelley admitted that she did not know this either. On the 11th of Oct I asked her to get the manager to contact me after speaking to Curtis at the call centre on 11 Oct around 11h30. She was supposed to cc me in on the e-mail, but never did. I got hold of Ansie on 14 Oct at 10h35, she told me that I will not be billed for both... another lie. I called cust care on 15 Oct at 9h30 and spoke to Nicole, who kept me on hold for a long time whilst speaking to Ansie, and then said Ansie will call me back in a few minutes. She never did, I went to the store that afternoon, and she was not there, so Robin e-mailed her and cc'ed me in. Until today no reply. I contacted cust care again on 19 Nov and spoke to Charlotte, who put me on hold and spoke to Ansie whilst I was waiting, and feedback to me was that Ansie will call me... im still waiting. On 2 Dec I spoke to Charmaine, the call centre manager to lodge a complaint. She said she will take it further... and of course no reply! I cancelled a contract before and I shouldve done it now too!!!
