Nashua deduct wrongful money & dont want to refund

I contacted Nashua in January 2013 as my 2 contracts expired in February 2013, i send 2 seperate forms for each contract thru fax to Nashua to end both contract when expiring in February. They never did, since then i am phoning every month, getting to every week now as they deducted money from March up until November 2014 and do not want to refund my money for a fault that they made, every month when i phoned it was someone new who help me and the other person no longer works for nashua anymore. The bad thing is i do not have that number or simcard anymore and never even used that contact - topup prepaid money up until now that they can see on their side and after all these months and still struggling after Stephanie told me the credit is going to be passed now eventially she send me a mail as follow. Ek vra onverskoning vir die lang wag vir terugvoering.

Ongelukkig word die krediet nie goedgekeur nie weens die feit dat die oorspronklike versoek vir terminasie nie beskikbaar is as bewys dat die nommers gekanselleer moet word.

As U so gaaf sal wees as om vir my die oorspronklike vorms te stuur sale k die situasie verder kan adresseer.

I want my money back Nashua!!!
