I have logged a complaint before with no assistance from MTN, now MTN handed me over to a debt collecting agency which is unacceptable. SMS confirms I must pay - R6 000 for a laptop which was returned within the 5/7 days, reason for returning the laptop was due to no 3G coverage in my area. This is unacceptable from MTN. There seem to be just incompetent just to cancel a contract. If you i don't get this contract cancelled and off my name with in one week, the next step will be to go to the consumer protection council for assistance.
