Billed after cancellation, twice

At the end of August my Heita contract expired and I went to the Telkom store in the Centurion mall to cancel it. I was surprised to see that the money was still debited from my bank account at the end of September and the end of October.

The person who assisted me in the Telkom store clearly faxed a document through and also made a note of the cancellation request in a book. When I headed back there to follow up at the end of October, no record of this existed... I then proceeded to cancel my contract again, and was assured someone would call me back 48 hours later.

I received no call yet. It is now almost 2 weeks later.
