NEGLECT TO CANCEL CONTRACT

I had a cellphone contract with 8Ta and it was due for cancellation which I did at Telkom, Irene Mall. The contract was cancelled from the first of May 2013. Since then no cancellation was done and they keep on debiting my bank account. I also send several email to the person at Telkom who assisted me, but there is still no cancellation.
