On 9/11/2013, I went to Telkom Moblie Store Gateway to cancel a sim only 8ta contract as some of my customers were not receiving SMS's that I sent to them. (Telkom mobile say their server cannot cope with more than 50 SMS's.) An email was sent to Monde Mkhaliphi by the person assisting me to execute cancellation & email was copied to me. Nothing happened, no acknowledgement & the line continues & my billing continues. Today, 3 weeks later I went back to the store & find the person who assisted is off & I'm told nothing has been done about the cancellation email. There is also no manager on duty. Telkom legacy of non delivery continues.
