I purchased a groupon voucher, and was unable to redeem it as per the instructions from the voucher. I e-mail Groupon customer support for assistance to redeem the voucher. They only responded over a month later asking if my problem had been solved yet; whereas nobody assisted me in the first place. Upon calling their customer services directly (I was forced to call as they did not offer any helpful replies to all three mails I sent) I was told the groupon had expired!!
