No breakfast from Sandwich Baron

Hi There

I have 1 Wicount voucher for the Sandwich Baron Breakfast in Pita deal. I called Sandwich Baron today to place the order for collection (Croydon, Isando) and Marti would not redeem my voucher as they have no connectivity to redeem their vouchers with you!
Whats the point of selling a national voucher when they cant redeem it? This expires on the 30th Sept.
Unacceptable that your IT issues should effect me.
