Absolutely Shocking Service

My request was sent through to my branch, Park Place East, requesting a bank guarantee letter from my attorneys for the transfer of a property into my name. After more than two weeks and many phone calls and emails from my side requesting assistance and at the very least just a response, I have still not heard anything from anyone at the branch. The lady I believe is meant to be handling this, Mariana Day, has been absolutely useless (I have the emails to prove it) and I refuse to deal with this branch any longer as the branch manager cannot even get me a proper answer or response as to what is happening. I would like someone from Head Office to take this matter over and assist me and I would also like to move branches as I refuse to beg for service when I have millions lying in my bank account and receive this kind of service!!!
