How can we not help you

I went into Laudium branch to find out when will be my last installment for my ipad taken out with FNB, lady assisting me went in to my profile and I seen an account named Tablet or something to that effect and showed a zero balance, to my suprise at the end of that month another installment was deducted. I then went to Centurion branch and was told that they are unable to assist me and I should go to the branch at the Centurion Mall who deals with tablet accounts etc. I came into the branch and they were also unable to assist me after going into 3 different branches, I was then told to call the call centre after wasting my time going into 3 different branches, so my question is, should one branch not be able to see and do what any other branch can, and who will be able to provide me with the delivery and application forms which I have signed for this purchase.
