Mtn since day one a problem and cant be fixed

My Sony t phone from the first day it goes off by its self all the time everyone sends it around but it is the same goes off all the time i don't know what more to do so maybe by using hello peter i can get help phones still brand new and i cant even use it its bad getting a new phone that's even worse then my old experia
