No wonder that the rates we pay for Telkom service is so high. It to pay the that are employed there. I am experiencing an on going problem with my Telkom ASDL service which at times drops signal for hours. I have called their help line (waited), I have SMS their help line, I have mail their internet support service with no help what so ever. What I did get is lots of lip service on how to pass the buck.
If anyone is looking for an internet service provider DO NOT USE TELKOM.
Telkom if you read this put your money were your mouth is and provide us with the service we are paying you to do! or be fair and credit us for downtime.
I work from home and depend on Telkom internet service to generate an income. With all the down time I have experienced I will not be able to pay my bills.
