Poor respone to e-mails

Went in yesterday to pay my acount, awesome face to face service.

Asked about mobile Data contracts and routers, once again great servince whilst in the shop.

Once I left the store, i e-mail for more infomation, after a hour of no responce i called and only after the call then the follow up e-mail come.

Today i e-mailed saying i want the deal, after 2 hours i got a responce and was asked to send a copy of my ID, i did so at 12:26 still no responce.

As a clinet who has been with nausha for over 6 years and still with 2 contracts i did think thinks would be done faster. I am thinking of going direct now with a contract supplier i wanted.
