BAD. CUSTOMER SERVICE NO RESPONCE

Ive contacted absa but no responce from them, e-mailed them 3 times, and no responce.no customer representative or consultant have made contact. Need to close my account with absa after more than 20 years. Cant deal with absa anymore.this happened many times before.ive told them its urgent very urgent but no customer comes last.customer to wait until they are ready in I dont know how many years.
