Thank you to Neville from Nashua Mobile who decided not to get back to me with regards to a cession of my contract.
Also noting that i have waited for over a month, i have sent emails asking how far the 7 day process is, i called and also went into the canal store last night (Friday - 21/06) with someone assisting me showing me there is a note on their system from the last time i called asking Neville to call me - NO CALL!
He told me Neville will be in today and he will send him an email asking him to call me urgently! im actually still waiting for the call.
As soon as the 3 contracts are done which is in this year i will not upgrade to advise any other family members or friends to go to Nashua Mobile as they clearly do not care at all!
Big up to Cell C for changing my mothers contract to my name within a day! i will def deal with you for all future contracts
