VERY VERY BAD SERVICE

I RECEIVED A QUOTE ON THE 30TH OCTOBER AFTER WAITING SINCE THE 17TH SEPTEMBER, I SENT A MAIL ON THE 26 SEPTEMBER TO THE SO CALLED BOSS.
I PAID THE FULL AMOUNT OF R4, 237.19 ON THE 06 NOV 2013 AND REQUESTED INSTALLATION DATES.NO RESPONCE. I SENT A SECOND MAIL TO WARREN ON THE 3 DECEMBER 2013 AND REQUESTED INSTALLATION DATES.NO RESPONCE. I PHONED WARREN ON THE 4TH DECEMBER AND WAS TOLD"I AM WAITING FOR MY SUPPLIER AND MUST BE PATIENT" THE CONTRACT SAYS /- 4 WEEKS FROM DATE OF DEPOSIT. BEING FED UP WITH NO RESPONCE I PHONED ANOTHER BRANCH (STRIJDOM PARK 0110243420/0117910591) I SPOKE FIRSTTO SHANTEN WHO PUT HIS MANAGER ON THE LINE, HIS NAME WAS SHAWN.SHAWN MADE SOME PHONE CALLS AND PHONED MEBACK CONFIRMING THE 17TH DECEMBER 2013 FOR INSTALLATION
ON THE 17TH I PHONED THE TWO BRANCHES ONLY TO FIND OUT THEY HAD CLOSED AND WOULD REOPEN ON THE 13TH JAN 2014.
MY REF NO IS JA 2811.
I PHONED THE AGENT WHO CAME TO MY HOUSE FOR THE QUOTE (JACQUES) ON THE 17TH 11H35 TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS HAPPENING AGAIN NO RESPONCE.WHEN SPEAKING TO SHAWN I ASKED WHO THE BOSS WAS, HE SAID IT IS A HUSBAND AND WIFE BUSINESS.I CANNOT GET HOLD OF THE BOSS.I SENT HIM A MAIL COMPLAINING ON THE 26/9/2013 NO RESPONCE.
