I sent in a complaint about vodacom not replacing my phone like they should last week. I got a email asking for the IMEI number and contract account number. I sent what they wanted and still no responce. Is someone going to respond??? Vodacom is really pushing all the wrong buttons here!! If you want me to cancel our 4 contracts with you just say so, I'm getting really tired of your pathetic service!!! Is this how you treat a loyal customer of 16 years???
