When I signed up for my contract for my daughter my charges where R99 a monthly charge and extra for data, calls and sms..
I do not receive my bills always as I receive it via the old fashioned mail.
All of a sudden I see that I am being charged for 8.33 ex vat a month for postage since September last year. When did I agree to this? I am told I was sent 1 sms (i did not see the sms) and a letter. I only saw this on my latest bill.
When I phoned and complained about this, I am told in short unlucky, so just because they have tried with 1 sms and 1 mail and I did not respond they can charge me this.
Well lucky for me and UNLUCKY for Autopage my contract is up and i will not be renewing my contract over this R104.46
