Vodacom appears to be hacking into customer sim cards to use for data and then bill the customer to pay the data usage bill. I have complained and they provided a s3-tvf2q-q0ubv. since the 31st of July 2013. They are yet to provide evidence of when, who and which device was used for the data being billed. They have locked my two phones and i cannot use them. This is despite the fact that i have never missed a payment before this phantom bill came up last month. I would want to cancel all my contracts with this service provider as they seem not to be able to provide service any longer.
