I have had 2 unfortunate incidents with MTN Woodlands. I visited the store 2 separate times and both times their systems were offline (this is apparently the norm). The 1st time, I wanted to enquire about my upgrade, a young lady who was very rude and constantly popping gum in her face hesitantly took down my number and promised to get back to me. Days later, nothing. I tried to call the store several times, no response. Left a message, no response. The 2nd time, I wanted to enquire about insurance for my damaged phone, again they promised to call me when they were back online. Like the 1st time, nothing. Tried calling, no response.
This is extremely frustrating! Is this how MTN treats all its customers?
