Cell C

I agree that Cell C steals, my husband and I have been having constant problems with them the past few years.
I took out a contract for my mom at R39, of which i was charged R50 for the first few months, after complaining I was charged the contract price but my money was never refunded, it was fine for the past year and a half until 2 months ago, they started over debiting again.try to contact the call centre and it is just always busy.
my husband's debit order goes off then a few days later they put off his phone and call him to say their wasn't enough funds in the bank (but nothing gets reversed) then he pays to have them open again, this went on a few times then all was ok for a few months until he made sure he left more than enought money in account, they waited 3 weeks before putting his phone off and told him the debit order was reversed again no money came back and I told him to just leave it, a few days later his phone was on, when asked 'what is going on' they said they found the money. NOW WHAT IS THAT!!! I AM VERY UNHAPPY
