MY CELL PHONE SERVICES HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED DUE TO THE FACT THAT MY DEBIT ORDER PAYMENT DID NOT GO THROUGH. MY HUSBAND TRANSFERRED MONIES FROM HIS ACCOUNT TO MY SAVINGS ACCOUNT 16/04/2013 IN ORDER FOR THE DEBIT ORDER (574.35) TO GO OFF (REF NUDEBT TELK500639484G130415), WHICH IT DID. MY HUSBAND IS USING THIS CELL FOR WORK PURPOSES, BUT I AM PAYING THE ACCOUNT. WE HAVE SPOKEN TO A LADY YESTERDAY AND MENTIONED TO HER THAT THE DEBIT ORDER HAS BEEN PAID AND WE NEED TO GET THE SERVICES CONTINUED, BUT WE WERE RUDELY TOLD THAT WE MUST PHONE AND SORT OUT WITH THE BILLING DEPARTMENT.
