Upgraded online but still no phone

Yesterday i upgraded on line @ 08h40 am and immediately received a confirmation sms stating that my quote was generated and that my contract has been extended to 2016. I then received another sms stating that the order has been processed with order number U555006.This morning @ 03h46 i receive another sms stating that the order has been invoiced and to expect delivery soon.@ 14h30 i phoned vodacom to find out as to the state of delivery and was told that all orders were recalled from RAM due to applications and should expect a phone call for verification that I am the one that placed the order. How would i have known of this had i not phoned the call centre as no one informed me of this as was expecting delivery the next day as per your term and conditions. Now I'm told i may only get the phone next week. I could have just gone to the shop then rather than doing things on line. Not happy at all and I am now thinking twice about this upgrade :(
