And now it is 5 months later and we are STILL being billed for ADSL and still receiving smses saying our account is overdue and they will suspend the line. I have been on the phone with Telkom UMPTEEN times, they say they will investigate and phone back BUT NEVER DO! It is time to take this to my lawyer and TELKOM will pay ALL my legal fees! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!! ARS233563 escalation reference number - was supposedly escalated 2 months ago... still no luck... FAULT REFERENCE TOC935570383 from MAY 2013!!!
