I called in to your offices earlier this week on 06/11/2013.I asked about my SSL certificate to be setup on your servers. I am using another provider for the certificate as I explained. They assured me this would be resolved by now but up to now this has not been done. At this stage I am considering cancelling the hosting with your company. i cannot stand being promised something and then it is not done. First it was Vaugn, then Zakie Mohamed, then Rudi vd Westhuizen that sent me emails advising this would be done. The first time I requested this to be done was 30/10/2013. At present I just got the stupid ticket messages but no solution. I am new to Webhosting so how can I get this done if you guys don't assist me. Here is the ticket number ORDER #13708538.
