On numerous occasions throughout my cellphone contract with you have I been contacted for special offers - which after declining the offer I often found extra charges on my account the next month. I want you to listen to all calls linked to my account to see why when I clearly say no your agents charge my account. Maybe you should consider not making use of the aggresive Direct marketing strategies- since your staff are clearly not adhering to your customers requests.
My other problem is that I cancelled my cellphone and 3g contract in August, the 3g Has however to my DISGUST not been cancelled and last night it went off my account once again -I phoned in earlier this week and the agent I spoke to told me he cancelled it with immediate effect. I would like the following to happen:
1. the 3 G be cancelled
2. My money be refunded - back dated to when the service was cancelled
3. All communication with me be reviewed and the moneys you took from my account - where I did not agree to anything extra on my account be repaid
