Refund due and ticket release

It all started in August 2013. All my client Futura wanted to do was redirect there web domain to there new domain which they were hosting with a new hosting company as it was more affordable for the clients business. Numerous emails were sent to Vox requesting this. In the process they removed the website off the domain and we could find it we spoke to numerous people at Vox and nobody could help us. In one day I was transfered to eight people. On the 9 September the my client Futura decided to cancel there account with Vox numerous emails and calls were made in the process and still no website was found and the ticket was not released for the domain.

Eventually in October we managed to get a copy of Futura's website. The account was still not cancelled. End of Novemeber 2013 the client paid there account in full, via eft and they took the money off there account as a debit order as well. We contacted Porcia Daneils who then said the refund would be made the following Friday. Its now been three weeks later no refund has been made.

We have requested the ticket to be realest again this past week and still waiting.

Every time we call its a different story.
