I have requested that my certificate is posted as I could not attend the graduation.
I received notification in January 2013 that my certificate was at the post office. When I go to fetch the certificate I was told it was sent back in December 2012. Since January 2013 I have tried calling numerous numbers, sent several emails and still no help or response about my certificate.
Unisa is known to have pathetic customer service but this is ridiculous! Whats the point of studying further obtaining qualifications and then receiving no proof of completion???
