No response on moving and cancelling website hosti

My new hosting company requested a ticket to release my website: [URL Removed]
The 5 day validity of the ticket expired and i requested a new one which will expire over the weekend.

I cancelled the hosting of [URL Removed] also with no response.

i did call them today and requested their urgent attention with no response.
