Wrong Insurance Time scales

So recently I upgraded my phone to the samsung note 3 Which is an expensive phone!! On the 06/10/2013 and when I took out my contract on that date I had yet to be paid so the lady. Told me that the time scales to take out insurance is 14 days after that I cannot. So I took it like I'll just return on the day I get paid and take out insurance, But when I got to MTN on the 19/10/2013 They told me that I was suPpose to come the following week on the 12/10/2013 And I told them that the lady told me I had 2weeks (14 days) to decide wether I wanted insurance. I Knew I wanted insurance I just didn't have money at the Time, so they told me I should come back when the lady was present and the only time I can afford to go to mtn is in the weekend and its already the 9th of november!! I mean seriously this is the second time mtn is messing me around first they added an extra data which was clearly their mistake and I had to pay for it!!! Even thou services wasn't used yet! Now this? Is anybody going to do anything about this? I will not keep quiet about this seriously iv e been loyal to mtn but if this is the way they treat their loyal cstomers then I don't know
