I opened a second new contract by cell c it was a Postpaid straight up 100, on 18/04/2013 I went to the Alberton shop as I was visiting in the area, and wanted a Lumia phone, they told me they did not have stock after a week of waiting for stock I went back and offered me a Samsung S III Mini as stock for a Lumia would took three months and I took it, I took insurance on the phone and was under the impression that it is done, last week Wednesday 14/08/2013 my phone got, so I wasn't stressed about it as I knew I asked for insurance, only to find out that evening then I blacklisted the phone that my insurance was never activated as it is supposed to be done by myself, I was never told that. now the lady Megan the consultant that helped me no longer works for cell C, so now I am sitting without insurance and without a phone, and the shop say there is nothing they can do for me.
Now I must pay for a contract and for a handset which I do not have, sitting with an simswap sim and it is Cell C fault, as the consultant didn't explain, but I must just pay and be fine with it. NO, How do you run a shop and a network like this???
