I've been a loyal customer of MTN for a long time and I've always appreciated the good service they give me. I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 (No. 0782611...) at the MTN store at the Hatfield Plaza. I asked the lady (Tumi) who was assisting me to make sure that my Insurance had been setup correctly, I filled in the necessary forms and that was that, I went back to the store beginning of March since no debit order had gone off for the insurance, My details had still not been done, I then asked them to please make sure that i am insured correctly and made sure i gave them all my details. She told me she will get onto it and get it sorted out. I lost my phone on the weekend and when i went to the store to report it, I was told to contact the Insurance. When i did they told me they have no records of me what-so-ever. I went back to the store to ask them what had happened and they had not sent my details to the Insurance company or even scanned them onto their system. I went back to the store twice to make sure my details where correct and none. I don't know where else to go with my complaint and before i seek legal advice, Id like to see MTN respond to my query accordingly
