ADSL Service Delayed

I applied for my current line be converted to ADSL on 8 November 2013 on the Simple ADSL deal. I was promised that in 3 working days the service will be activated. On the 14 Nov 2013, I collected the ADSL modem from the Clearwater Mall Store. I was told to wait for a SMS to confirm that the line was active. On 21 Nov 2013, I called 10210 (ref 55786528) and spoke to a consultant who advised that Internet was active and assisted me to configure the ADSL modem. However, the ADSL line was not functioning. He advised I call ADSL technical support to test the line. On 22 Nov 2013, I contacted 10210 technical department and they advised that the line was not yet converted to ADSL. They advised I speak to the activations department. I spoke to Lerato in Activations department (ref 89869026A). She advise my order was cancelled on 13 Nov 2013. However, I was never informed about this. She then recreated the order. I asked that it be resolved as soon as possible. I then spoke to another consultant (Samantha - ref 310713) who indicated that she has escalated the request and someone will contact me in 4 hours. I am still waiting for this call. After 5 followup calls I am still waiting in vain..
