My whole family has cell c and we have a network problem at home. i have called cell c customer care on numerous occasions with no joy.the consultants tell me they are aware of the network problem. but nothing gets done. i am paying for a service that does not work and the company concerned is doing nothing but they are going on advertising for more people to gone their network without resolving the problem . how is this going to help if more people join the network with be completely blocked.plse help sort out the network in my area.
