How is it possible after last having a Cell C contract four years ago, to suddenly to receive a letter of demand for an amount of R149.55. This, after porting the number to another network, at the time when the contract was cancelled, something one cannot do without having settled all outstanding amounts. No letter or statement or even a phone call from Cell C was received over the years. How can a company have such inefficient accounting systems.
