Illegal demand for payment

I keep receiving final notices and warning in my private box. The demand for payment is for Telkom account but the letter of demand does not have any telkom account numbers and the letter is addressed to a Ncapayi. I suspect this is and whenever I call the landline number of the cell number given it just rings.
