In August I took out a Cell C contract for my wife, porting her number from Vodacom. BAD MISTAKE!!!
Ever since, I battle to get hold of my wife. When we finally do get connected the call either is of a terrible voice quality or the calls fail for no reason - although the phone indicates that signal is available. My wife receives SMSs very much later, which makes online banking an impossibility. Internet either has no connection or Edge, while I can happily surf next to her using 3G on Vodacom!
I am telliing as many of my friends and business colleagues to stay away from this dishonest organisation. It will be interesting to see how they respond to this complaint. The youngsters at the Cell C shop in Hout Bay most certainly are destroying this brand even further as no action is taken to our complaints! My last resort is to call on my CPA rights as well as to seek legal action to get out of this contract.
I can kick myself for having fallen for the marketing of Cell C!
