Hi.
I have posted a report about my account being changed to the incorrect package by some network error, it has now been 2 months with still NO joy!!! I have now received a sms saying I can no longer make out going calls as I have reached my limit of R1200!!! All thanks to my package being messed up and me not having any data bundle, sms bundle or free minutes!
Now I ask you all these business calls I am not going to be able to take or reply too, never mind if im stuck out somewhere and need to get help, I now cannot thanks to mtn and their mishap! What more is it going to take to get this account fixed!!! I cannot go an entire month with not being able to make phone calls! My month bill has never exceeded R450 due to me having data bundles etc. Can someone please sort this out!!
