Shocking Service from all Cell C Staff

My experience with Cell C has been a nightmare from the start when my wife and I were incorrectly informed of a contract's conditions. This has resulted in an extra charge in the region of R1500 which we refuse to pay and have requested an investigation be done. Despite informing Cell C on the day we were made aware of this charge (as far back as January or February) that we disputed the account it was simply allowed to continue until being handed over to legal. I have been ignored and to by the Cell C Blue Route shop and have completely wasted my time on numerous calls to the various consultants on the 140 number over the past few months. I am now, apparently being aided by a senior member of the Cell C Western Cape marketing division, but am still waiting for a promised phone call that I was to receive on Wednesday at 9:30am (some 56 hours ago). AND i have been unsuccessful in contacting him since despite 2 phone calls and and 3 sms's. I am not surprised by the numerous complaints against Cell C on this website, and to think that I was considering migrating away from Vodacom to Cell C when my wife was obtaining this contract. BAH!!! Please cell c contact me!!!
