NEW CONTRACT CANCELLED IN APRIL BUT ACCOUNT DEBITE

I WAS CHECKING MY BANK STATEMENT AND CAME ACCROSS AMMOUNTS OF R112.01 since May, i applied for a contract in April and cancelled it yet i am still being debited, i did not accept the phone when the guy delivered it and did not sign anything, cant believe cellc is debiting me for this since may yet i did not even take the phone or sim card, i want this money refunded and this contract cancelled ASAP, this is
