I received a call by the call centre regarding saving me money and changing to a new monthly package. I am not happy at all and feel that I have been misinformed by the call centre. I have an I-phone and by the 4th day my pay as you go airtime was finished without any calls. I need the old contract back and need also to be credited with the pay as you go amount. In terms of consumer protection act. My Complaint was lodged with reference S3-T6U28-8E62N. It is now Friday afternoon and I still can not make phone calls or send SMS, or use whats-up.
