I ported my cellphone number to vodacom over 2 months ago I cannot receive any otp (one time pins) from my bank in order to approve transactions. I spoke to fnb and they said all is clear on their side. They told me that it's possible that my encrypted mess gin is not set up properly or has an error due to the port. I have called vodacom numerous amounts of times but they dint even know what is an encrypted message. I cannot do my banking properly and this is causing me great financial loss. No help no power to anyone just problems. Worst move to switch to vodacom
