Terrible Service!!!

I called into Vodacom to enquire on a data package and got through to Vodacom inter-active. Spoke to the advisor who said my bank account details were an essential part of my approval and coming from a financial industry I know this to be untrue, but in complying with what the advisor deemed "necessary" for the approval I agreed. A few days after that I recieve a text message from Vodacom, welcoming me and saying that my account would be debited 48 hours after I recieved my sim card but also that my number has now been ported to the vodacom network. to which neither i agreed so not only is this a crime as I DID NOT agree to any contract but now I'm stuck without my MTN number working for the past two days and Vodacom doing nothing about it!! Trying to get through to them is a nightmare and it seems as though they have no intention of fixing their wrongs. I should never have even looked elsewhere as being with MTN is an absolute dream!! I would honestly never recommend Vodacom to anyone they are by far the worst se
