I am unable to use my Nokia CS-19 Dongle. So I borrowed another data stick and downloaded the newest settings from Cell C's website. When trying to run the programme, nothing happens. So I phoned the customer care line and was told that someone from technical support would contact me. This was on 2 November.By 6 November I was still waiting. So I sent an email to customer care. And today, 8 November, I have to say that I am very disappointed that I still have not heard anything from anyone. I lost quite a bit of MB's last month and it looks like the same will happen this month as I don't have internet usage, but am paying for it.
Can someone please get back to me and sort out this problem?
