I have a query on my account. I'm being billed a set amount over and over and over on my Samsung Galaxy TAB. Set rate of R17.55 per transaction for 1 second totalling 100"s and 100's of rands a month on internet usage. I have phoned twice and they put me through to technical. All I get is we will look into it.
I have emailed three times and again nothing, I have emailed [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] on the 3, 5, 11 November 2013. All I get is a auto reply saying someone will contact you within 24hrs, STILL WAITING!!!
