I have 2 Cell C speed sticks. 1 new LTE one and 1 older 3G one. Both from Cell C that for the last month have not worked. They connect to the network but do not receive valid IP address details needed to operate. I have spoken to technical support and customer care numerous times. They are unable to help. The LTE firmware is up to date. I updated the 3G firmware. Still nothing working. I visited the northgate store. They do not have a device with which to help and test. I tried to log a complaint via customer care and other Cell C numbers but they won't let me. Imagine that. I can't even complain about the ^ bad service that I receive from Cell C.
