On the 28.09.13 i bought a 24 hour data bundle, i recieved an sms after that stating "you have successfully purchased a 24 hour data bundle" i then started using it that evening and started downloading. the next morning i recieve an sms saying "please activate your data bundle" being shocked by this as i had recieved sms day before saying it was succesfull i checked my biling balance and it was R4000 plus, i was shocked and phone mtn straight away, i was told i must wait till after the 13 when biling closes and phone back, on the 23.10.13 i phoned ref: 105409078 and was told an e mail would be sent to reverse these charges as it was not my fault i only recieved sms to activate next day and as a customer recieving sms to say i have successfully purchased it obviously i would think i could use it, i have no response since then, i phoned again on 05.11.13 ref: 105791333 being told no one had seen to this as yet so i again phoned today and spoke to Thabo who again said no one is dealing with my query and as i had told MTN i need this sorted out so i can pay my normal billing but no one seems bothered, so what happens when the account gores into arears. i have all sms as proof.
